This room was completely misrepresented. Literally nothing was available. 3 things for the supposed continental breakfast, terrible staff, we cleaned our own room and took our own laundry to the front desk because we were told we weren't allowed clean linens until we....yes WE brought them back to the hotel. Vending machine ate my money...turns out it was completely empty and unlocked with no "out of order sign". Upon arrival I was told that they dont have the pool (which is why I booked) and that it was beyond repair, that they were permanently closing and that we were their last guests. Worst hotel experience. I will say that the room we did get was clean, but it was missing the kitchen, & pull out couch. When I asked why I didn't get the room I booked Ibwas told "oh! You must have booked with booking com, that room is beyond repair so we did the best we could. Ridiculous.
